I’m in a Summer state of mind! There are few things better than sitting on a warm pool deck, at the beach, or at the beautiful Florida Springs with an ice cold glass of lemonade. And maybe some vodka ;) I also love me a good tablescape! They make my interior designer heart so happy! I designed these Sunny Citrus Placemats for a Mediterranean-themed tablescape Alexandra and I were setting up at Yarn Crafts & Coffee in Melbourne, FL. They really pulled our theme together! If lemons aren’t your thing you can also make them in pink for grapefruit, orange for well, oranges, and green for limes!

This post is included as Day 8 of the Fun & Fruity Crafting Blog Hop Event hosted by Yarn Crafts & Coffee!
For the first 10 days of June, we’re thrilled to be bringing you 10 Summer fruit themed craft ideas featuring fruit themed crochet patterns and a plastic canvas fruit pattern. This Fun & Fruity Crafting Event kicks off on June 1st and will run through June 10th – 10 days in total.
I’m teaming up with my friends Alexandra of EyeLoveKnots blog and Yarn Crafts & Coffee, and Candace of T&C Crafters for this event. Each day, there will be a different featured craft pattern, and it will either be available on one of their blogs or mine.
The Sunny Citrus Placemats are Day 8’s featured project! You can download a FREE copy of the PDF pattern from Ravelry using coupon code “LEMON“. This code will be active from June 8th at midnight EST through June 10th at 11:59pm EST.
